Studio Tour 2010 Cindy Grisdela
The Great Falls Studios Studio Tour was fantastic this year! The weather was perfect and lots of people came out to celebrate art and creativity. Thanks to all who visited my studio–I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your kind words and positive support. As much as I love working in my studio and creating, it’s a very solitary activity, so it’s wonderful to meet people who love art and appreciate what I do.
If you couldn’t make it this year, I’ll be doing two more shows in December, plus a solo exhibit in Great Falls–more details to come later.
Your work is spectacular! I was visiting over the weekend from Cleveland, Ohio and was lucky enough to accompany a friend to the art tour. I’m a potter and really appreciate your creative use of color, and the amazing textural effects you achieve are nothing short of amazing. As you say in your blog….being an artist can be a very solitary existence. Please know that you have a new fan in Cleveland and I will look forward to seeing more of your work in the future.
